convenient location lovely view walking distance old room dirty drain uncomfortable bed
The hotel is really close to the train station, it's very convenient. it is next to the water. The view was lovely. major sightseeing places are within walking distance.
The room was quite old. I noticed that. i also found a constant smell in the room. It reminded me of a dirty drain. the bed felt old too, and i found it uncomfortable.

nice canalside stay
ideal location excellent service unique character
I found the hotel to be in an ideal location near many restaurants. the staff offered excellent service. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide selection of well-prepared items. the building itself possessed a unique character that i found appealing.
the air conditioning was not effective. this made the room quite uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day. i think addressing this issue would significantly improve the guest experience.

waterbus stop convenient waterbus canal view convenient restaurants uncomfortable pillows noisy room reserved staff
the location was advantageous as the waterbus from the airport stopped nearby. the hotel had a short walk across a ponte. the room featured a balcony over the canal on the second floor allowing doors to be open at night. restaurants near the hotel were convenient and away from the main tourist area.
the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. the breakfast room seemed too small. my room was rather noisy because of the restaurant below my window. the reception staff seemed somewhat reserved and demanded payment up front with city tax to be paid in cash.
